Norbury School would like to appoint an outstanding Deputy Headteacher from September 2025 onwards.
We are looking for:
An innovative, creative and enthusiastic leader with a proven record of excellent primary practice.
You will be able to inspire, motivate and coach. You will be a leader who can raise attainment, progress and engagement across the school.
Experience of successfully leading teaching and learning across a primary school will be important, as is the ability to manage and support pupils’ behaviour positively and effectively in line with our behaviour code and school ethos.
You will help facilitate, foster and nurture good communication within our school community and beyond and be professionally curious, with a desire to learn further, achieve better and make Norbury even more successful.
